🌿 Sown & Savored Gluten Free. Wholesome. Delicious. Hi there! Welcome to Sown & Savored, a little passion project born right here in Ocean County, New Jersey. I'm Erin Padilla—a Christian, homeschooling mom of two who’s all about good food, healthy living, and creating things that make life a little sweeter (and tastier!). It all started with my love for baking really good gluten-free, vegan sourdough bread—because why should anyone have to compromise on flavor or quality? Soon, I’m excited to grow Sown & Savored beyond bread, with plans to offer more gluten-free baked treats, soothing teas, herbal tinctures, and thoughtfully hand-made gifts in the near future.
