Authentic homemade sourdough baked goods! We created our own sourdough starter with only flour and spring water. Our breads are slowly fermented over 36-48 hours (depending on time of year, temperature and humidity). The slow fermentation makes the bread more easily digestible and gut friendly! Sourdough bread also does not cause as high of a spike in blood sugar after consumption as regular yeasted commercial bread.
