Hi! I’m Jess! I’m a twin mom who fell in love with sourdough one day during nap time — what started as a calming hobby quickly grew into a full-blown cottage bakery. There’s just something magical about flour, water, and patience coming together to create loaves that nourish both body and soul. When I’m not shaping dough, you’ll probably find me cheering for my favorite Philly sports teams, exploring new places with my family, or getting in a good Jazzercise session to balance out all the bread tasting. This bakery is my happy place, and I’m so glad you’re here to share a little slice of it with me.
