Hello! I’m Nicole, the owner of The Baker’s Daughter. With a lifelong passion for baking and decorating, I decided to start my own custom cookie business. I have my cottage food operators permit and my food management certification. I got my start at my parent’s bakery, Randolph’s Bakery, and still use my dad’s cookie recipe and my mom’s royal icing technique, with fresh pasteurized egg whites.
