Hi! My name is Melanie Burrows. I’m a 23-year-old woman who has a passion for the baking industry. I have been baking delicious desserts for over 14 years. If anyone knew me back when I was in middle and high school, I almost bought baked goods every day. Being a baker was my childhood dream, and I decided to put it on the back burner and try a different career. That was 3 years ago. But eventually I baked more and realized I shouldn't have stopped. Baking has grown into my life now, and I want to expand my creativity. So I’m taking this opportunity to take a step and make my dreams true. My favorite dessert is lemon meringue pie. My favorite dessert to make is my cheesecake brownies.
