I am a sourdough Micro baker and an approved NYS Home processor. I make almost everything with sourdough because it's better for you as the flour is fermented. That means it's gluten is easier to digest, has a lower glycemic index, and, it's made with love! I do not specialize in high hydration sourdough bread, my loaves are lower hydration dough at approximately 58 to 60%, making them perfect for toast and sandwiches! *All baked goods baked on surfaces sprayed with avocado oil
