I’m a small-batch micro bakery specializing in breads, sourdough English Muffins, granola, and cookies that are naturally leavened, handcrafted, and baked fresh in my kitchen. Because I bake in small quantities, every loaf and pastry gets the attention it deserves—no shortcuts, just slow fermentation and time-tested techniques that bring out rich flavor and texture. I source thoughtfully, using local grains and seasonal ingredients whenever possible, so every bite feels connected to our community.
