I’m Alyssa — I’m a home sourdough baker located in the Schenectady/Niskayuna area.✨️🥖 What started as a simple jar of flour and water one morning has grown into a love for the art of sourdough baking. I slowly taught myself the craft over the past several months, nurturing my sourdough starter "Betty" — lovingly named after my Nanny — into the strong, bubbly heart of everything I bake. I’ve recently transformed our downstairs kitchen into a small home microbakery space.
