Willow House Bakery gives back to the community through baking with simple, quality ingredients. In 2025, all proceeds will purchase equipment to set up a free Code Club at the Gaylord Public Library, starting in the fall of 2025. We feature local and organic foods, like honey from Hendrycks Apiaries in Lafeyette, MN and organic rye flour from Whole Grain Milling Company in Welcome, MN. The dough is fermented in borosilicate glass bowls and steam-baked in cast iron bread pans. Place an order request any day before 10AM for next day pickup, or visit us at the Gaylord Farmer’s Market every Wednesday from 4-6PM at the corner of 5th and Main.
