🎀 Miss Madison’s gluten-free baking journey began in 2022 after her mother’s celiac disease diagnosis and having digestive issues with gluten herself. Through trial and error she has learned to work with gluten-free flour to create goodies so delicious you cannot tell they are gluten-free. 😊 Her goodies are baked in a completely gluten-free mixer and there’s little to no risk of cross contamination through other surfaces. I’m happy to give the community of Roseau delicious desserts especially those that are restricted by dietary issues. 🩷 Disclaimer: If you have a severe gluten allergy consume at your own risk as there is still gluten that comes into contact with my household because of my partner. While it does not come into contact with my baked goods it is still somewhat present in my kitchen. Sanitation, gloves, as well as many other precautions are taken. 💗
