Please review our preorder policy before placing an order. 🗓 Ordering Window • Our calendar opens 3 months in advance. All pre-orders require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. • Last-minute orders may be accepted subject to availability and must be requested by emailing 📧 sweet-treats@doughyo.com 💳 Payment • Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your date and order. 🚫 Cancellations & Refunds • Due to advance planning, ingredient purchasing and scheduling, refunds may be requested within 3 days of order placement. Please submit request for all refunds to 📧 sweet-treats@doughyo.com • After 3 days, all sales are final and no refunds or cancellations will be issued. 🔄 Changes • Order changes may be made up to 7 days prior to delivery. Changes requested less than 7 days before delivery cannot be accommodated. ⏰ Fulfillment • Customers are responsible in choosing their delivery time & being available during the time of pick up. • Once your order has been successfully dropped off at the agreed location, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen items after drop-off. 📩 Communication • Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout. • Any updates or important information regarding your order will be communicated via email or text message.
