I’m Brianna Howie, the baker behind Chicken Scratch Pantry. I developed my bakery after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease where my body can’t tolerate high processed foods. With that in mind, every loaf and sweet treat you’ll find here is created with ingredients your body will enjoy. I specialize in putting together delicious breads, sweet treats, whole grain snacks and freeze dried goods using fresh milled flour for the best flavor and nutrition. All flour is milled in house on the same day. Every item is made in small batches and simple ingredients. My goal is to bring a healthier option to your table.
