About

Aish is a micro-bakery I felt compelled to create to make specialty baked goods for my local community. I haven’t been able to eat things like bread for a long time. I found milling my own wheat and putting extra care into my cooking allowed me to enjoy the foods I love, so, I felt drawn to start serving others. I hope to provide other people who struggle with processed foods and wheats by giving another option, using all clean, quality ingredients. 🌾Everything is made with flour milled the very same day, just before it’s needed! It isn’t milled and sitting on a shelf.
