Hello! Welcome to my little bake shop where I share my love for baking. I have enjoyed baking for my family and friends for years and now I'm sharing that love with you! As an avid baker who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in February of 2025 I decided to open my own cottage artisan bakery specializing in gluten-free baked goods. "Tonya's Little Bake Shop" was started in September of 2025 to provide others in my area an opportunity to enjoy quality gluten-free products that can be hard to find! Disclaimer: Please note that as a person with diagnosed Celiac Disease I know how important it is to avoid cross-contamination. I have a dedicated oven, cooking and baking utensils, dishes, and ingredients for all of my gluten-free products. I currently only offer two gluten containing items: my dinner rolls and buttermilk biscuits. Those items are prepared on an alternate day and baked in a separate oven. Please be aware that my gluten-free items are prepared in a "gluten-friendly" kitchen when placing orders. All orders are made locally and picked up in Nebo NC. We do not ship at this time!
