Welcome to YES HAVE SOME! All treats offered are gluten and dairy free. Most are egg free! Due to an autoimmune condition diagnosed in 2020, I avoided gluten and dairy in hopes of managing pain. I found so much relief. BUT! I still needed treats! So did my gluten and dairy sensitive daughter. We wanted gooey, perfect texture, not “healthy tasting” treats. I got to work! Through total obsession, I created a menu of super yummy treats that are secretly gluten and dairy free! Treats are sweetened with no or low refined sugar. I sweeten with organic coconut sugar. Frostings are made with the right amount of (not overly sweet!) organic cane sugar. (Sugar cookies and vanilla cakes are made with organic cane sugar. Coconut sugar does not read as vanilla or sugar cookie flavor.) All ingredients are the highest quality and are responsibly sourced. I am a Class B permitted cottage foods baker.
