**I follow the Louisiana Cottage Home Bakery Laws. I can not sell to stores or boutiques for resale. Hi my name is Mary Beth and my passion is making you smile. My specialty is making delicious king cakes, sourdough/breads, macarons and king cakes all year round. I initially started at Baums Fine Pastries in BR making cakes. I have over 30 years of experience in making wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cookies, cupcakes, macarons, cheesecakes and more. Recently, I decided to specialize in Macarons and Sourdough bread with the exception of king cakes and continuing to bake for my “regular” customers I already have established. This will allow me to specialize in certain items which is my passion. I will be doing what I call, “A Specialty Bakery”. Our Macarons are very popular which I have worked very hard to perfect over the years and recently I have added Sourdough Bread Loaves to this. My husband is Brian and we have been married going on 15 years. We have a 13 year old Maltese named Edmund who is my little Travel Enthusiast. He has traveled as far as Maine by car. He is my pride & joy next to baking.
