My name is Shannon Mitchell. I’m a wife💍 mother 👩🏼 grandmother 👵🏼 healthcare worker👩🏼‍⚕️ chicken tender🐣 and Corgi lover 🐕 from Northeast Texas. I started baking sourdough bread over a year ago so I could cut down on the amount of preservatives and artificial ingredients in my family’s food and it soon became one of my favorite pastimes.
