Born and raised in Dallas, baking has been the language of love in my family for generations. The smell of bread warming in the oven, butter melting into dough, these are the sensory memories that shaped who I am and what I make. My grandmother was a published baking author; my mother owned and operated a beloved local pie restaurant. From an early age, I learned that baking isn’t just about recipes, it’s about care, patience, and sharing something truly meaningful. After graduating from Texas Tech University (Wreck ‘Em!), those traditions came along for every step of the journey. Today, every loaf, roll, and pastry is made in small batches, entirely by hand, using the same time-honored family techniques, elevated with a modern touch. No shortcuts, no compromises. This bakery is a tribute to where I come from: Dallas roots, a deep family legacy, and a lifelong passion for creating baked goods that bring people together. When you pick up something from my bakery, you’re holding a little piece of that story. Orders placed by Thursday will be available for pickup in far north Dallas by Sunday
