My name is Amanda, and I started making/ selling cheesecake to help a friend in need for her kids' Christmas. I realized it was also a great therapy for grieving my son lost to an accidental drowning March 21, 2024. We called him Kee-Kee, so my cakes are made with all my love, in honor of our Kee-Kee!
