I specialize in baking all things sourdough, using thoughtfully chosen ingredients to nourish both my family and my community. What began as a way to support my body during our fertility journey has grown into something much bigger — a passion for sharing wholesome, high-quality baked goods with others. Every item is made fresh to order, right from my home kitchen, following all safety precautions under the NC Cottage Bakery laws. At Ellie’s Baked Good, my goal is simple: to bring you delicious sourdough made with care, intention, and the best ingredients possible.
