Sugar Oil’s Southern Confections is a home bakery rooted in Southern tradition and made with a whole lot of heart. Inspired by the flavors and memories I grew up with, everything I bake is meant to feel comforting, familiar, and just a little bit special. I was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where food is love and desserts are meant to be shared. From King Cakes to cinnamon rolls and cupcakes, my recipes are influenced by Cajun culture, family gatherings, and the simple joy of something homemade done right. Every order is baked fresh, made from scratch, and finished with care — because the little details matter.
