I’m a former ultrasound tech turned sourdough baker based in the San Fernando Valley. What started as a creative outlet during a tough season of life quickly became a full-blown passion. After unexpectedly losing my job right after getting married, I found comfort and purpose in the slow, grounding process of making naturally fermented bread. With the support of my incredible wife (a firefighter and my biggest cheerleader), I turned my kitchen into a space of healing, hustle, and a whole lot of flour. Fire Dough was born from struggle—but it’s built on love, community, and a commitment to feeding people real, unprocessed, feel-good food. ❤️
