I’m Allison—a military and fire wife, born and raised in the 269, and your new favorite baker! Being a Scorpio and small business owner, I bring pride and passion to everything I create. The Midwest Sliced & Iced journey began in Tucson, AZ, where my husband and I happily planted our roots for three wonderful years. Now, while he is serving overseas, I’ve returned to our charming hometown in Michigan to sharing my love for baking with the community of my fondest memories, best laughs and most memorable summers. Navigating the adventures of military life inspires my mission: to bring you exceptional baked goods crafted from gourmet generational recipes, alongside beautifully designed grazing boards. Whether you’re treating yourself at our pop ups or pre-ordering for your the next time you are hosting (or need a gift for the hostess), we’re excited to satisfy your sweet & salty cravings with our beloved family recipes.
