Hi! I’m Emily DeFord, the owner of E I Oh Bakery. I was born and raised in the Cedar Valley and have worked at several small businesses throughout my life, always with a desire to open my own. Then my love for cookie decorating developed a few years ago, and it turned out to be the perfect fit for me. When I am not decorating cookies, you can find me working on a DIY project with my husband, playing with our mini Bernedoodle or baking fresh milled bread. Hoping to start a garden this spring as well. 😊 I hope my cookies bring that extra fun to your seasonal party or are the perfect custom addition to your special event. I am also fully supportive of grabbing some to munch on just cause. 😁 They are not only beautiful, but they taste amazing as well!
