Hello! I’m Hannah and I fell in love with baking sourdough bread over the last year and now I want to share my love for good whole bread with my community. I started baking bread at the beginning of 2024 with the sourdough starter my mom made in 2020. I finally decided I would try and fell in love with baking homemade bread. I have always loved making scones, pastas and sweet breads, so trying something new was exciting. Sourdough starter is a King Arthur Rye Flour and the breads are made with King Arthur Unbleached Bread flour. I am excited for this new year and new offering to the Greeley, Colorado community! Hannah’s A Fairacre Home is a home based bakery operating under the Colorado Cottage food law. We specialize in scratch made sourdough breads. We offer local delivery services in the Greeley area or a scheduled pick up every Friday or Saturday! _______ Produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish and crustacean shellfish.
