Hi! 👋 My name is Lexi and I love Jesus + good bread! My sourdough journey started about 5 years ago when my daughter’s tummy couldn’t tolerate soy and dairy found in most store breads. Since then, every week I have made my family all of our bread products with sourdough. I’d love to bake for you and yours as well! My sourdough hobby has turned into a passion to share my talent with others and spread God’s word while I’m at it. Bread is one of the most repeated food symbols in Scripture because it represents: • Daily provision • Sustenance • Hospitality • God’s faithfulness • Jesus as the “Bread of Life” So here at Manna Sourdough, our mission is to Shine the light of Jesus, the true bread of life, through homemade sourdough bread and baked goods. ✝️ Our fathers ate the manna in the desert; as it is written, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’” Then Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world." Then they said to Him, "Lord, give us this bread always." And Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. John 6:31-35
