Hey, I’m Kaylee! Starling Bakes is a one-woman microbakery based in the Castle Rock neighborhood of Starling Hill. At one time I made professional baking a career, but now, I’m reconnecting with the simple joy of baking from the comfort of my home. What started as a way to bring a little happiness back into my own life has grown into a small, heartfelt venture meant to share that joy with others. Every pastry, loaf, and sweet treat is made entirely by hand, in small batches, with care and real ingredients. Starling Bakes isn’t about perfection—it’s about warmth, creativity, and the quiet blessing of something handmade and prayed just for you.
