Hey there! I’m Jenna the face behind The Baker’s Library a 100% Gluten Free Celiac Safe Bakery you’d never know was gluten free! I create delicious baked goods such as Gluten free: sourdough, gourmet cookies, cinnamon rolls, brownies, cakes, and more! I also offer dairy free options as well! As a baker with celiac disease I truly believe that even though we have to eat gluten free it shouldn’t taste bad, crumble apart, or feel like cardboard! It was my mission to bring gluten free baked goods you can’t find at the grocery store that bring happiness, nostalgia, and comfort to those who are gluten free or not!
