Hi! My name is Rosie. Welcome to my online home bakery! Casa Coco means “home of coconut,” and it represents everything this bakery stands for: family, comfort, and love. Inspired by my grandmother, Naida, who had a deep love for coconut desserts and pastries, Casa Coco was created to honor her memory and the warmth she shared with everyone around her. She always made you feel at home and never missed a chance to offer you a cup of coffee and something sweet.
