Hi! My name is Jo. I’m a full-time registered nurse who stumbled into the world of sourdough baking as a hobby and quickly fell in love with the process. What began as a simple curiosity has turned into a passionate journey of experimenting, learning, and creating hand-crafted sourdough treats. Every item I make is sourdough-based and takes a minimum of two days to complete. From start to finish, each bake is a labor of love, and I truly appreciate your respect for the time and care put into these small-batch creations.
