Edge Homestead was established in 2023 with a simple dream: to live slowly, work with our hands, and raise our family close to the land. Here in Hope Hull, Alabama, our days are filled with chickens in the yard, little ones underfoot, and the smell of bread baking in the kitchen. What began as a personal love for sourdough quickly became something more, a way to connect with others through food that is both wholesome and meaningful. Each bake is part of a rhythm that ties us back to traditions long before ours: flour, water, salt, and time, all working together to create something nourishing. We believe bread is more than just food. It is community. It is gathering around the table. It is passing down recipes from one generation to the next. When we bake, we are not only feeding our own family, we are offering a piece of our homestead to yours. Faith and family guide everything we do here.
