Hi! My name is Patty! Founder and Owner of A Joyful Cookie! I started this company to help make my clients’ events a little bit sweeter! My only hope is to bring joy to your next party, anniversary, event of any kind! It doesn’t just stop at cookies! Galatians 5:22-23 As a home-based bakery, I follow all Mississippi Cottage Food Laws. Any reference to cream (buttercream) refers to shelf-stable cream allowed under those laws. I am certified in the Food Handler Training Course though 360 Learn to Serve which is ANAB accredited.
