The French Apron Bakehouse is a small-batch cottage food bakery in the Woodstock, Georgia/North Atlanta area specializing in rustic, European-inspired cookies, cookie cakes and celebration cakes. Founded by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a background in culinary arts, the bakery was inspired by a lifelong love of baking and bringing people together through food and celebration. As a baker, I believe that exceptional ingredients are the foundation of the best flavor and texture. Each recipe at The French Apron Bakehouse is crafted with fresh-milled flour, pasture-raised eggs, European-grade butter, Belgium chocolate and primarily natural sweeteners like honey and Sucanat. The menu focuses on classic, nostalgic desserts with real ingredients, elevated flavors and artisan baking techniques.
