Hello and welcome to Will B. Baking! I’m Jess, alongside my husband, Joe, and our son, Will. We’re a small, family-run micro-bakery based in RI, specializing in custom orders. Our micro-bakery was inspired by our autistic son’s love for baking and cooking, and it’s our stepping stone toward a much bigger dream: creating an inclusive bakery cafe. Our goal is to open a full-fledged cafe by the time Will graduates high school, complete with visual menus, sensory-friendly decor, and a welcoming space staffed by individuals of all abilities.
