My name is Kelsey 🥰 I am the matriarch of my family including 2 fantastic growing humans🙋♂️🙋♀️ Plant lover 🪴🌵 Artist 🎨 🖼 I started making sourdough because I wanted to be able to feed my family food with ingredients that are real and good for the body. Who knew that I would find a sort of therapy from creating these delicious and beautiful breads, rolls and treats. Did you know the sourdough bread is actually good for you? It is full of prebiotics that help with gut health. There is also about 5g of protein per slice.
