Hello! My name is Cherie Rene and I’m the baker behind She Loves Cake. I’ve been gluten-free since 2002 after being diagnosed with a severe wheat allergy and then celiac a few weeks later. Yay! ;) I LOVE to bake. I was an avid baker before going GF and have successfully conquered a wide variety of recipes to create treats that will please even the most finicky of eaters. If I can get 2 of my picky picky non-GF brothers-in-law to not only enjoy but actually request my baked goods - well, you’re going to love them. I’ve been a wife to my amazingly supportive and incredible hubby since ‘91 and a mom to our fantastic son since ‘92. I’m the oldest of 6 girls (no brothers!) and have more than a little OCD so everything is organized, clean, and in its place. This allows me to make sure no cross-contamintion can ever occur and well, it makes me happy. Things in storage containers. One of my most favorite things ;) I can handle all types of allergies and can create something you or your loved ones or friends can safely enjoy.
