Hey y’all! I’m Rae Smallwood, the owner and baker of The Mad Batter Cake Co. When I was little, my momma would sometimes get my birthday cakes from a lady she always called “The Cake Lady.” I always thought how cool it must be to be The Cake Lady!!! It was the coolest thing ever to little kid me!!! That was my dream job (other than being a veterinarian 🤪) Fast forward to grown up me… With my husbands support, I was able to turn my dream job into my real job… The Mad Batter Cake Co! We take orders for Weddings Birthdays Graduation Baby Showers Bridal Showers Parties/Cookouts …and whatever else you want to celebrate We also attend events such as festivals, fairs, flea markets, farmers markets, car shows and food truck rodeos in our mobile cupcake trailer!
