Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit is due when order is placed and accepted. This guarantees and reserves your spot and materials. The remaining balance will need to be paid the day before or day of or else cake will be forfeited or leaves the premises. Liability: Sugar Munchies and Treats is not reliable for any damage after leaving premises. Pick up Time: Please pick up at the designated pick up time window. If not picked up at the time that was agreed, your cake will be forfeited. If an emergency happens, please notify so we can rearrange pick up time. A late pick up time fee will be applied.
