Hi! Welcome to Amazing Glaze Cookie Co! My name is Meredith, and I make custom decorated sugar cookies using glaze icing! After taking a fun cookie class in 2022, I quickly became interested in rolling dough and baking cutout cookies. I worked to create an icing that had a soft bite and dried/stacked well, as well as a cookie base that would be firm enough to hold icing, but remained soft. My ultimate goal was to create a cookie that not only looks amazing, but tastes amazing too! I shared cookies with friends and family, who urged me to step out in faith for something bigger. As confidence grew, I began working to build a business. Since my icing is a glaze icing, not royal icing… my family came up with the name “Amazing Glaze Cookie Co.”.
