I started my baking career over 20 years ago after receiving my degree in Pastry Arts from the French Culinary Institute in New York, NY. After giving birth to my daughter I put my baking career on hold to raise her. During the pandemic I decided to pull out my piping bags and after months of planning and going through the process of getting my cottage food license, I am the proud owner/baker of Sami's Sweet Shoppe and am enjoying every minute while creating all my delicious sweets. From our home to yours, we put lots of love and careful attention into each item we create. We hope you enjoy our sweet treats as much as we enjoy making them for you! Although I have high standards for cleaning and sanitizing and make every reasonable effort to prevent cross-contamination my items are made in my home kitchen where equipment is shared. My items are not suitable for those individuals with sensitive food allergies. It is, therefore, the responsibility of the consumer to determine whether or not to question ingredients or eat the items they select to order.
