After years of baking for friends and family, and 9 years of making sourdough bread, I’m excited to announce the launch of my new micro bakery. Because I’m very health conscious, all baked goods are made with sourdough, quality ingredients such as organic flour and sugars, grass fed butter (Kerry Gold is my favorite), farm fresh eggs (from my chickens) and organic fruits, nuts and oats.
