I’m a stay-at-home mom and wife who found a passion in baking sourdough bread. What started as a hobby has grown into my licensed micro bakery here in Nebraska. Each week, I carefully prepare fresh loaves using simple ingredients and a slow fermentation process for the best flavor. I love being able to share my bread with the community, offering porch pickup on Saturday mornings to make it easy and convenient. Baking brings me joy, and it’s even more special knowing it brings joy to the tables of others. Every loaf is made with care and a little bit of love from my oven to your table and I take pride in creating bread that’s wholesome, flavorful, and comforting. I also love experimenting with new flavors and recipes, so there’s always something fresh and exciting to try.
