Hello! My name is Sydney, and I’m so glad you’ve visited my website! Just a little bit about myself: I’m a stay at home mom to 3 beautiful little girls. I have been married to my biggest supporter for 6 years! I work PRN as a Respiratory Therapist at a local hospital. “The Corner Bakery” was established after I discovered my love for sourdough while trying to find a hobby to fulfill my free time. Sourdough bread is a naturally leavened bread that relies on a mix of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria, rather than baker's yeast.
