Hi! 👋🏽 Happy Mardi Gras! I am a LSU alum that moved to Houston for work 6 years ago. I started making king cakes because I was missing home during the carnival season and wanted one as good or better than the ones I get at home! 💜💚💛🐊 King cakes are brioche style and smothered in cream cheese frosting. Everything is made from scratch, especially all the fruit fillings!
