My love for baking began with my grandmother’s sweet potato pie, a recipe I recreated for years before I even knew about measuring ingredients by weight! Cooking has always been a joy for me, but when I became an empty nester, I finally had the quiet space to explore baking more creatively. What started in my home kitchen quickly grew into something bigger. Friends, coworkers, and family became my first taste testers, cheering me on with every new creation.
