I am a in home micro bakery under cottage law in Keizer Oregon . A full time working mother of three. Baking is my passion. I have always wanted to take the plunge and get into my own craft. I do all of this on my own time. I took on the journey of sourdough and have never looked back . Indoughca my starter is a thriving breathing beast. She makes the most wonderfully crumby bread delicious any way. Toasted, buttered, with a spread or just a fresh plain slice off the loaf you won’t be disappointed. Not only do I offer bread , I also offer sourdough sweets as well. Cinnamon rolls, Mexican Concha’s, English muffins and bagels. My cookies are a whole different experience. Although not sourdough , they are sure to please that sweet tooth . Only the finest ingredients are used . Real butter , cane sugar , and hand mixed in small batches make these bad boys stand out.
