Hi! I’m the baker behind Jocie'sGoodies, a small-batch sourdough microbakery serving our local community. I create handcrafted sourdough breads, discard bagels, cinnamon rolls, and specialty baked goods — all made fresh in limited quantities. Everything is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand, with a focus on flavor, texture, and quality.
