Salvador Bakes... initially, it was a simple mission to create a healthier bread option for my family after a lifestyle change. Not once did it cross my mind that it would be anything more. That was until I began researching and testing the sourdough theory! It grabbed hold of me, became a creative outlet, and is now a true passion. The name? Again, simple... Salvador is my sourdough starter! I was gifted 25 grams in December of 2024 and have baked so many delicious breads and treats since. Salvador bakes.... A LOT! My husband and I love living life on our acerage in Southern Warren County. We are proud parents of 3 amazing grown humans and received the title of Papa & Gigi in 2024. 💙 Blessed and grateful.
