Hi, I’m Monica — and welcome to Celia! I’m a doctor and a new mom based in Tempe, Arizona. Baking has always been a way for me to connect with my roots and share a little joy. Celia — named after my baby girl — is my small home bakery where I make soft, melt-in-your-mouth cookies inspired by Mediterranean flavors. Everything is baked fresh with care, using quality ingredients and time-tested recipes. I also offer gluten-free options for those with dietary needs.
