We’re Indy Bakes Bread, a home based, sourdough microbakery built on simple ingredients, slow fermentation, and a love for real bread. We believe bread should be bold, nourishing, and full of life. Our bread starts with quality ingredients, time, and care. Our loaves are made by hand with just organic flour, sea salt, and water. No additives, no shortcuts, ever! Each loaf takes at least 3 days to mix, raise, ferment slowly and bake for the best flavor and texture. We bake just a few days a week to keep things fresh, local and personal. Whether it's a crusty artisan boule, soft sandwich bread, our signature sourdough cookies, or healthy treats for your pup, our sourdough is baked with care and purpose. We offer local pick up or porch delivery.
